In this transition period, the land of knowledge, the work place of Khudiram Bose in the holy area of the famous Baba Garibnath of Bihar, the penance of Jubba Sahni, the work place of poet Dinkar and the work of the great litterateur Janaki Vallabh Shastri in Muzaffarpur, the inspiration and learning of Vidya Bharti All India Institute of Education. Under the direction of Bharti Bihar region, the process of construction of training college in Muzaffarpur Sadatpur started in 2008 for the production of qualified teachers full of patriotism by Lok Shiksha Samiti, Bihar.
After that, with the efforts of Shri Amarnath Prasad (State Minister), Shri Arjun Kumar Shukla, Shri Umashankar Poddar, Shri Jai Ram Singh (Lok Shiksha Samiti, Bihar) performed Bhoomi Pujan by the then Sarkaryavah of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, Honorable Dr. Mohan Rao Bhagwat ji. A strong foundation was laid on which the huge building has been built. It was inaugurated on 19th May 2011 in the presence of Honorable Brahm Dev Sharma Margdarshak Vidya Bharati All India Institute of Education, Shri Janardan Singh Sigriwal, Honorable Labor Resource Minister Bihar and Honorable Swant Ranjan Ji Kshetra Pracharak Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh North-East Region. According to the specialty of the area and the goal of the college, this college was named as Bharti Teacher Training College, according to the name of the great scholar and mother Saraswati of Bihar.
After many hurdles and efforts, Dr. Pandit Palande, then Vice Chancellor Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University, then Vice Chancellor Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University, on 8th July 2014, received recognition from ERC-NCTE Bhubaneswar and affiliation with the best university of Bihar, Babasaheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar, Bihar University located in Muzaffarpur. In the presence of State Minister Public Education Committee Bihar, Shri Diwakar Ghosh, the then Regional Organization Minister, Public Education Committee, this college was inaugurated as a B.Ed course, as well as 100 students started studying in B.Ed course from 2014. Due to the change in the basic rules of ERC-NCTE in 2014, the study of 2 basic units (100) students was started in the two year B.Ed course from 2015 with the expectation of becoming a combined college.
As well as D. El. Ed. Efforts were started for recognition of the course, as a result of which 200 students in 2016, 300 students in 2017, 400 students are being taught in the college since 2018. Due to its regular classroom teaching and activities, the best training colleges of Muzaffarpur It is being calculated in The college has developed rapidly since 2017 with the recognition of D.El.Ed course from ERC-NCTE Bhubaneswar and affiliation with Bihar School Examination Committee. At present, this college is publishing the college magazine “Bharati” every year. Along with this, many books of the professors working here (Education and Problems, Educational Technology, Hindi Teaching, Environmental Education, Social Science Teaching, Mathematics Teaching, Psychological Thinking, Indian Philosophical Thinking) have been published, due to which the society and the education world are getting a lot of benefits. Has happened.
Due to the continuous academic activities in the college, many state level seminars, workshops and training programs have been conducted. In the year 2017, a seminar was organized on the topic “Need for New Education Policy”, in which Shri Atul Bhai Kothari was present as the chief guest. In the month of April 2018, a large-scale national seminar has been organized on 16 other topics under the theme “Value Valued Education”. In which resource scholars - Shri Atul Bhai Kothari, Shri Avnish Bhatnagar, Shri Govind Prasad Sharma, Shri Amarendra Narayan Yadav, Shri Harikesh Singh, Prof. Lakshmi Niwas Pandey, Prof. Ramesh Kumar Pandey etc. were present and about 482 participants from all over India participated.
Taking energy from this college, many professors while working as principals in other colleges are constantly trying to fulfill the goals and objectives of Vidya Bharati All India Educational Institute and take an active role in developing their colleges. are performing. The students who have studied from the college are contributing directly and indirectly in the development of their state and country while working as Acharyas and Principals in many other prestigious schools. They are contributing to the development of the society by working in many other fields, among them there are many students who have been rewarded at the national level as well.
The work of service and dedication to the society is also done by the workers and students of this college from time to time, such as during the Nepal earthquake, student teachers received support from the society and donated money through the province. Similarly, during the Kerala floods, college student teachers collected money from the members of the society and donated money through the province. From time to time, educational tours were made to various institutions like Shubham Divyang Vidyalaya Muzaffarpur, Sudha Dehri Muzaffarpur and Hindustan Press Muzaffarpur etc. to get acquainted with the various educational, social and professional activities. In future, there is a plan to start 4-year teacher training course in this college so that the society can be benefitted more.

02.Our Objective
Bharti Shikshak Prashikshan Mahavidyalaya’s main objectives to change the behaviour attitude and values of student teachers (In service and teacher trainees) so that they shape into responsible and accountable agents of change in the society, in the perspective of local, national and global concerns and issues vital for human survival, progress and development. Mahavidyalaya develop the skills of student teachers to plan learning experiences in and outside the classroom that are based on learner’s existing proficiency, interest, experiences, and knowledge and enable them to understand how student teachers come to view, develop, learn and make sense of subject matter contained in the curriculum. Mahavidyalaya provide student teachers self-identity as a teacher, through school based learning experiences and reflective practices that continually evaluate the effects of their choices and actions.
Mahavidyalaya’s student teachers to understand of central concepts, tools of enquiry and structure of the discipline of education in especially teacher education in particular. Mahavidyalaya develop the capacity among student teachers to use knowledge of effective verbal, non-verbal and media communication techniques to foster active enquiry, collaboration and supportive interaction in the classroom.
Mahavidyalaya also provide rich programme of curricular and extracurricular activities for student teachers for all round development of their personalities.
