Fee Refund Policy
Bharti Shikshak Prashikshan Mahavidyalaya follows a transparent and fair fee refund policy in accordance with the guidelines of the University Grants Commission (UGC), B.R.A. Bihar University, and the Government of Bihar.
The fee refund policy applies to all programs offered by the college. Students are advised to read this policy carefully before making fee payments.
Refund Timelines
- Before Commencement of Classes: Full refund of fees (excluding non-refundable charges) if the student withdraws before the start of the academic session
- Within 15 Days of Commencement: 90% refund of the total fee paid
- Within 30 Days of Commencement: 80% refund of the total fee paid
- After 30 Days: No refund of fees, except in exceptional circumstances as decided by the college authorities
Conditions for Refund
- Cancellation of Admission: Refund is applicable only when the student formally cancels admission and submits a written application
- Disciplinary Action: No refund is applicable if the student is expelled or suspended due to disciplinary reasons
- Fraudulent Documents: If admission is cancelled due to submission of fraudulent documents, no refund will be made
- University Guidelines: Refund is subject to the guidelines issued by B.R.A. Bihar University from time to time
Non-Refundable Fees
- Application Fee: The application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances
- Registration Fee: The registration fee is non-refundable once the admission is confirmed
- Examination Fee: Examination fees paid to the affiliating university are non-refundable
- Other Charges: Certain miscellaneous charges such as library fees, identity card fees, and student welfare fees may be non-refundable
